Before setting up WDMP in 2002, Gavin spent over 17 years’ client-side, from Brand Manager to Marketing Director and brings to the agency world a keen insight into what clients really want and need.
His client side history includes five years at Toyota and Lexus, followed by six years within telecoms at what is now Virgin Media, where he built direct as the lead sales channel and launched Broadband and Digital TV. He then moved to Amazon.com to launch its CRM strategy as head of its Pan-European eCRM operations and was responsible for UK Marketing.
In 2015 Gavin set up The Science Dept – a dedicated division of WDMP that is pioneering the analysis, targeting and harnessing of social media and digital data to drive prospecting and CRM.
Gavin has served on ISBA Action Groups, DMA Councils and regularly judges at industry awards.
