What drives customer loyalty? We take our Engagement campaign, with speakers from REaD Group and Travelzoo, to Manchester to examine how the trust and faith of customers is won in the travel and automotive sectors.

The DMA’s Customer Engagement campaign heads to Manchester.

This event will take you up close and personal with our research findings, brought to life by our expert speakers.

Scott Logie, Chair of the DMA’s Customer Engagement Committee and MD of REaD Group, leads the session.

The DMA's head of PR and insight, Tim Bond will then take you throught the latest research along with a loyalty case study from Joel Brandon-Bravo, managing director at Travelzoo, and we will add to our speaker line-up in the coming weeks.

You will:

  • Hear expert analysis of the research findings we’ve generated in our investigations of customer loyalty across the travel and automotive sectors
  • Delve into practical case studies – with insights to be taken away and used in your marketing
  • Grab the chance to network with marketers from around the north, experts in engagement and meet other DMA members and the DMA team
